SCooker HLKP9N-C9 - 900mm Induction Grooved Griddle 9kW

With a 20 mm grooved steel plate and 9 kW of induction, the SCooker HLKP9N-C9 fills a 900 mm gap in the line with as much grill area as that gap allows. It draws the same power as the 800 mm HLKP8N-C9 but adds 100 mm of plate, and the HLPP9N-C9 is the same size with a smooth plate. For 12 kW, look at the 1200 mm HLKP12N-C12.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: needs a 3-phase 415 V supply (3P+E) and must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 900 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 130 kg.
• Options: B+S also offers a 900 x 50 plinth kit, non-swivel rear castors (set of two), coloured front and door panels in red or royal blue and, on request, a chrome plated griddle plate or combined smooth and grooved plates. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Is there a non-induction grooved griddle?
Not at 900 mm. The SCooker electric griddles come in 400, 800 and 1200 mm with a smooth plate, and an electric grooved plate is available on request. Ask us before you order.

Should I choose 800 mm or 900 mm?
Both draw 13.5 A per phase, so your supply does not change. The 900 mm gives 100 mm more plate and weighs 10 kg more, and at the same 9 kW that power is spread a little further.

Can it run on a plug, or must it be hard wired?
It can be either, at 13.5 A per phase. Your electrician can tell you which suits your supply.
