The SCooker HLPP12N-C12 is the largest smooth griddle in the induction range: 1200 mm wide, 12 kW, with a 1080 mm wide steel plate 20 mm thick. It suits a high volume kitchen that fills a griddle through the whole shift, such as a large cafe, hotel or institution. Choose the 900 mm HLPP9N-C9 if 780 mm of plate and 9 kW is enough.

Good to know before you buy:

• Installation: needs a 3-phase 415 V supply (3P+E) and must be connected by a licensed electrician, to AS/NZS 3000. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 1200 x 750 x 905 mm unit, about 180 kg.
• Options: B+S also offers a 1200 x 50 plinth kit, non-swivel rear castors (set of two), coloured front and door panels in red or royal blue and, on request, a chrome plated griddle plate or combined smooth and grooved plates. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

Induction or electric at 1200 mm?
Both have a 1080 x 440 mm plate and the same 80 to 300°C range. The electric DLPP12N-C13D5 is rated 13.5 kW and 20 A per phase at 155 kg. This induction model is 12 kW and 18 A per phase at 180 kg.

How do I get a griddle this heavy inside?
Delivery stops at the front of your premises, so have people or lifting gear ready to move all 180 kg to the kitchen. It is one of the two heaviest griddles in the SCooker range, along with its grooved twin.

How much more plate do I get than the 900 mm?
300 mm more width on the same 440 mm depth, with 3 kW more power. The supply goes from 13.5 A to 18 A per phase, so check your switchboard has room.
