The Bonvue SL850V is one of the bigger cabinets in the deluxe SL range, built for medium to large cafes and bakeries that sell a wide mix of sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, yoghurts and cakes. Its 1500mm squared glass body gives 720 litres of gross volume over four lit display levels at +2°C to +8°C. That is 180 litres more than the curved-glass SL850 of the same width, and it steps up from the 1200mm SL840V.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it weighs 257 kg and is about 1550mm long in its packaging, so measure the route from the street to the counter. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point and draws 817W.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave space around the unit.
