At 1800mm, the Bonvue SL860 is the largest curved glass model in the SL chilled range, giving a bakery, cafe or deli a long run of display for cakes, slices, rolls and sandwiches. It offers 660 litres of gross volume over four lit display levels at +2°C to +8°C, with a heated triple-glazed front to keep the glass clear. If you would rather have squared glass and more room inside, the SL860V in the same width holds 870 litres.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: with a packed length of about 1850mm and a weight of 273 kg, check that it can be carried through your entry and turned into position. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, not inside.
• Power: runs on a standard 10 A plug, rated at 1270W.
• Airflow: keep the vents clear and leave some space around the cabinet.
• Drainage: self-evaporating, so no floor waste is required.

Common questions:

What sets the SL860 apart from the SL860V?
Glass shape and volume. The SL860 has a curved front and 660 litres; the SL860V has squared glass and 870 litres. Both are 1800mm wide with four display levels.

What power point does it need?
A standard 240V, 10 A power point.

Can I line it up with smaller SL models?
All the SL chilled displays are 740mm deep and 1350mm high, so the 900mm, 1200mm and 1500mm curved models share the same depth and height if you are planning a counter run.
