The Tecnocrio Gastro is a countertop refrigerated ingredient well, made in Italy, that takes a full GN 1/1 pan up to 150mm deep, or any mix of 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/9 pans (not included). It has a copper evaporator, low noise, natural refrigerant and CFC-free insulation, and is easy to clean.
