The Tre Spade MNS0008 is a compact size 8 electric mincer, made in Italy, for cafes, delis and restaurants that mince their own meat in modest batches. ICE rates it at about 30kg an hour and supplies it with a 6mm plate. A range of add-ons lets it do more: extra plates, sausage funnels and a tomato squeezer attachment. It is the smallest of the Tre Spade mincers; the size 22 MNS0022 and stainless MNS2222 handle much bigger volumes.

Common questions:

Can I make sausages with it?
ICE offers 10mm and 20mm sausage funnels and a sausage spacer for the MNS0008. Tre Spade also makes dedicated manual sausage fillers, such as the 5 litre SFT0005.

Can it squeeze tomatoes?
Yes, with the optional TSE1004 tomato squeezer attachment, which ICE lists to suit the MNS0008. Ask us for one.

What plate does it come with?
A 6mm plate. 4.5mm and 8mm plates are available separately.

Warranty: 12 months, back to base, through ICE, Tre Spade's Australian distributor. Back to base means that if a warranty fault comes up, the unit is returned to ICE to be assessed, rather than being looked at on site.
