The True TFP-48-18M-HC is the two-door 1223 mm model in True's TFP prep table range: 18 clear 1/6 GN pans across a 1223 mm mega top, with 501 litres of gross storage behind two solid swing doors. It suits sandwich, salad and wrap counters that need plenty of fillings within reach but don't have room for the 1629 mm TFP-64. True's patented air-flow system is designed to keep every pan at an even 0.5°C to 5°C, and because it breathes only from the front it can be built in hard against walls or neighbouring units. Prefer drawers underneath? The same size comes with 2 drawers plus a door, or with 4 drawers.

Good to know before you buy:
- Space: with the 51 mm cutting board overhang it takes about 852 mm of depth, so leave clear floor in front for both doors to swing open.

Common questions:
Is there a glass lid version of this size?
No. This model comes with removable insulated flat lids. True's price list offers glass lid prep tables only in the larger TFP-64 and TFP-72 sizes.
Can I fit an overshelf above the pans?
Yes. True makes heavy-gauge stainless steel overshelf kits for the TFP-48, in single or double versions. They are available as extras, so ask us.
Can the doors be locked?
Not as standard. Door locks are available from True as an option, so ask us to include them in your quote.
