True TFP-48-18M-D-4-HC - 18 x 1/6 Pan Mega Top Salad Prep Fridge, 4 Drawer 1223mm
Every bit of storage under the True TFP-48-18M-D-4-HC is a drawer: four of them, sitting directly below an 18-pan mega top, so backup fillings are one pull away from the pans they top up. Each drawer is sized for a 1/1 GN pan plus three 1/9 GN pans, up to 150 mm deep, which lets you keep bulk refills and smaller ingredients side by side. The 1223 mm cabinet holds 501 litres gross at 0.5°C to 5°C, and at 207 kg it is the heaviest of the three TFP-48 versions.

Are there any shelves inside?
No. All the storage below the counter is in the 4 drawers. If you also need shelf space for tall or bulky items, the TFP-48-18M-D-2-HC has a door section with 2 shelves, and the TFP-48-18M-HC has 2 doors with 4 shelves.
How are the drawers different from the TFP-64 drawer models?
The TFP-48 drawers each take a 1/1 GN pan plus three 1/9 GN pans. True lists the larger TFP-64-24M drawers for a single 2/1 GN pan each. Both allow pans up to 150 mm deep.
Can the drawers be locked?
Not as supplied. True lists locks as an optional extra for this model, so let us know if you need them when you ask for a quote.
