Four refrigerated drawers and no doors make the True TSSU-48-12D-4-HC a pull-and-refill station: each drawer holds a pan of prepped backup right below the 12-pan rail it feeds. It is the all-drawer version of True's 1229mm, 12-pan TSSU, with the same 340 litres gross and 0.5°C to 5°C range as the two-door TSSU-48-12-HC. Drawers suit a busy line where staff can't stop to crouch and dig through a cupboard; if you store a lot of tall items, the door or door-and-drawer versions may suit you better.

No. The cabinet is all drawers: four of them, each taking one 305 x 458 mm pan up to 150 mm deep.
Can it be built in between benches?
True designs the TSSU range to be 100% front-breathing, which it describes as ideal for built-in installation. It is 1093 mm high, so check the height of any overhead shelf or counter.
How does it differ from the TSSU-48-12D-2-HC?
Both are 1229 mm wide with 12 pans on top and 340 litres gross. The TSSU-48-12D-2-HC swaps two of the drawers for a door section with 2 shelves; this model has 4 drawers and no door.
