Half drawers, half cupboard: the True TSSU-48-12D-2-HC puts two refrigerated drawers in one section of its 1229mm cabinet and a door with two shelves in the other, all under a 12-pan rail. The drawers keep backup pans quick to reach for refilling the line, while the shelved side still takes bulkier containers. Everything runs at 0.5°C to 5°C, with 340 litres gross in total. It shares its size and pan count with the two-door TSSU-48-12-HC and the four-drawer TSSU-48-12D-4-HC.
