The True TSSU-48-12M-B-HC lays its twelve 1/6 GN pans out in three rows rather than the two used on the TSSU-48-12-HC. That Mega Top layout makes the unit 867mm deep, and below it two solid doors give 340 litres gross on four shelves, all at 0.5°C to 5°C. It is available with an insulated hood or as a flat lid model, and the same cabinet comes as the 18-pan TSSU-48-18M-B-HC if you want even more fillings.

- Lid choice: the insulated hood version stands 1185 mm tall with the hood closed. The flat lid model has removable insulated flat lids and is 961 mm tall, handy under a low shelf.

Why choose the Mega Top over the two-row TSSU-48-12-HC?
Both have 12 pans and 340 litres gross. The Mega Top puts the pans in three rows, so the top is deeper (867 mm against 766 mm) and the cutting board is narrower (226 mm against 299 mm). It also stands taller with the hood closed, 1185 mm against 1093 mm.
Can the doors be locked?
Locks are not standard but can be ordered as an option. Ask us for details.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It sits on lockable castors and comes with a 3.35 m power cord for single-phase 220–240 V.
