Twelve 1/6 GN pans in three rows on a 924mm cabinet make the True TSSU-36-12M-B-HC a compact pick for a sandwich, wrap or poke bowl line with a long list of fillings. The Mega Top gives you four more pans than the two-row TSSU-36-08-HC of the same width, in exchange for a deeper top (867mm) and a narrower cutting board. Below, two solid doors open to 240 litres gross on four shelves, all held at 0.5°C to 5°C. Choose the insulated hood or the flat lid model when you order.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: it ships in a 991 x 940 x 1270 mm crate at 116 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't cover moving it inside, so check doorways, stairs and corners. The 867 mm depth leaves out the 26 mm rear bumpers.
- Lid choice: the standard model has an insulated hood; the flat lid model has removable insulated flat lids and is 224 mm lower. Both have the same pans, shelves and storage.

Same width, same 240 litres gross and same four shelves. This Mega Top model has 12 pans in three rows instead of 8 in two, is 867 mm deep rather than 766 mm, and its cutting board is 226 mm deep instead of 299 mm.
Is there a chopping board on it?
Yes. A removable white polyethylene cutting board, 924 x 226 mm, runs along the front.
