True TFP-72-30M-HC - 30 x 1/6 Pan Mega Top Salad Prep Fridge, 3 Door 1832mm
The largest size in True's TFP range, the TFP-72-30M-HC lines up 30 clear 1/6 GN pans along an 1832 mm mega top, with three solid doors and 708 litres of gross storage below. Its refrigeration draws 828 W and 3.6 A running current, compared with 437 W and 1.9 A on the 1629 mm models, and is designed to keep every pan at 0.5°C to 5°C. Order it as the standard model with an insulated lid, or as True's glass lid prep table, the TFP-72-30M-FGLID-HC.

Good to know before you buy:
- Lid option: choose the standard model or the glass lid model when you order. If height matters for your fit-out, ask us to confirm the glass lid model's exact dimensions first.
- Access: the crate is over 2 metres long (2032 mm) and up to 300 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises and doesn't include moving it inside, so check doorways, corners and the route to the kitchen.
- Power: single-phase 220–240 V, 3.6 A running current, supplied with a 2.13 m power cord.
- Airflow: zero clearance is needed at the back and sides. Keep the front vents clear, since that is where it breathes.

The glass lid model is True's glass lid prep table, while the standard model has a removable insulated flat lid with a stainless steel top and hood. The glass lid model weighs 289 kg against 280 kg. Pans, storage, shelves and power are the same.
How are the shelves arranged?
It comes with 6 adjustable shelves. Those in the left and right sections measure 547 x 508 mm and those in the centre section 585 x 508 mm, with 500 mm of internal net height.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It comes with its own 2.13 m power cord; if your site needs a new outlet, that must be fitted by a licensed electrician.
