True TSSU-48-08-HC - 8 x 1/6 Pan Salad Prep Fridge, 2 Door 1229mm
The True TSSU-48-08-HC pairs a modest eight-pan rail with a full 1229mm cutting board, so you get a long, clear surface to build sandwiches and salads on and a short list of fillings within reach. Underneath, two solid doors open to 340 litres gross across four adjustable shelves, held at 0.5°C to 5°C. The same cabinet is also offered with 10 pans (TSSU-48-10-HC) or 12 pans (TSSU-48-12-HC), and this model comes with either an insulated hood or flat lids.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the crate is 1302 mm long, 833 mm deep and 1270 mm high, and weighs 134 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises; moving it inside or upstairs isn't included, so check your entry and any tight turns. The depth figure excludes 26 mm for rear bumpers.
- Lid choice: the standard model has an insulated hood (1093 mm high). The flat lid model uses removable insulated flat lids and is 961 mm high.
- Power: single-phase 220–240 V, drawing 2.3 A while running, with a 3.35 m cord. Locks are an extra-cost option, ask us.

Can I fit more pans on top?
It comes with 8 x 1/6 GN pans, and True says the pan space can be set up with your own mix of other pan sizes. If you want more 1/6 pans supplied, the same-size TSSU-48-10-HC and TSSU-48-12-HC come with 10 and 12.
How much power does it use?
True lists 529 W and a 2.3 A running current on single-phase 220–240 V power. Ask us for the spec sheet if you need the full electrical data.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. Once unpacked, it rolls into position on its lockable castors and comes with a 3.35 m power cord.
