For an island makeline or a counter where staff build orders from both sides, the True TSSU-60-24M-B-DS-ST-HC is a dual-sided prep table with a cutting board along each side of its 24-pan top. Underneath are two solid doors and 439 litres gross of storage, and the pans are held at 0.5°C to 5°C. Compared with the single-sided TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC, it has stainless steel lids instead of a hood and stands just 956 mm high, but it is deeper at 1026 mm before the boards are added.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: packed, it is 1601 x 1105 x 1270 mm and weighs 191 kg, so measure every doorway on the way in. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Floor space: remember the cutting boards add 80 mm on each side to the 1026 mm depth, and leave working room along both sides for staff.
- Airflow: it breathes from the front, so keep the front grille clear even though the back and sides need no clearance.

Common questions:
What does dual-sided mean?
This prep table comes with two cutting boards, one along each side of the pan area, so the top can be worked from both sides. The single-sided models have one board.
Is it lower than the standard Mega Top?
Yes. It is 956 mm high, compared with 1185 mm for the single-sided TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC with its hood closed. It uses stainless steel lids rather than a hood.

We supply the equipment only. It has a 3.35 m power cord. If you're not sure your outlet suits it, have a licensed electrician check before delivery.
