With the lowest pan count in True's 1839 mm Mega Top range, this model spreads 12 x 1/6 GN pans over three rows, above a three-door cabinet with 538 litres gross of storage. The Mega Top build makes it 867 mm deep and 1185 mm high with the hood closed, compared with 766 mm and 1093 mm for the two-row TSSU-72-12-HC that carries the same number of pans. Pans and cabinet run at 0.5°C to 5°C, and the range steps up through 15, 18, 24 and 30-pan versions on the same footprint.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the packed unit is 1931 mm long, 940 mm deep and 200 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't cover bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check every doorway on the route.
- Fit: the listed depth leaves out 26 mm for the rear bumpers, and the 1185 mm height is with the hood closed, so allow room above for it to open.
- Lid choice: the flat lid model swaps the hood for insulated flat removable lids and lowers the height to 961 mm.

Both carry 12 x 1/6 GN pans over a 3-door, 538-litre cabinet. This Mega Top sets them out in three rows, so it is deeper and taller, and its cutting board is 226 mm deep rather than 299 mm.
