Fifteen pans across three rows give a pizza, burrito or poke line room for a wider spread of toppings without making the bench any longer. The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC is an 1839 mm Mega Top with three solid doors, 538 litres gross of storage and six adjustable shelves, holding 0.5°C to 5°C across the pans. It slots between the 12-pan TSSU-72-12M-B-HC and the 18-pan TSSU-72-18M-B-HC, and like them it comes with an insulated hood or as a flat lid model.

- Access: packed, it is 1931 x 940 x 1270 mm and 202 kg, so plan the delivery route and measure doorways. It comes by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking isn't part of standard delivery.
- Lid choice: the standard model has an insulated hood (1185 mm high with the lid closed). The flat lid model has insulated flat removable lids and is 961 mm high.

Common questions:
Can I join it to other prep tables to make a longer line?
Yes. True designs the TSSU range to be 100% front-breathing so several units can stand side by side as a longer makeline, with zero clearance needed between them.
How are the shelves laid out?
There are six adjustable shelves: an upper and a lower shelf in each of the left, centre and right sections. The left and right shelves are 547 mm wide and the centre shelves are 596 mm wide.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is fitted with a 3.35 m power cord, and if you aren't sure your power supply suits it, have a licensed electrician check before delivery.
