Each drawer takes a 1/1 GN pan 100 mm deep, so portioned desserts, frozen garnishes, dumplings or par-baked pastry sit in a single layer instead of piled in a deep tub. It holds -21°C to -12°C across 198 litres and plugs into a normal 10 amp outlet. Next to its twin, the KUF9-2D-2-N, you trade pan depth for one extra drawer.
