Williams Boronia HB1UGB / HB1RGB - 1 Door Black Colorbond Undercounter Display Fridge 1017mm 180L

The Williams Boronia HB1UGB is the single door, black Colorbond model in Williams' Australian-made Boronia back bar range, built for bars, clubs and cafes where the door is opened and closed all day. It holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, displays 180 litres of bottles and cans behind a triple-glazed glass door with LED lighting, and plugs into a standard 10 amp outlet. Choose the self-contained HB1UGB, with its front-breathing refrigeration cassette, or the HB1RGB remote cabinet (800mm wide, no condensing unit) if your venue runs central plant. The HB1UGS is the same fridge in stainless steel, and the HB1USB swaps the glass door for a solid one.

Key features:

  • Designed and made in Australia by Williams Refrigeration
  • 180 litres behind a triple-glazed, self-closing glass door with a cylindrical lock
  • Black Colorbond exterior with a stainless steel countertop and internal floor
  • Holds +1°C to +4°C and is designed for a 40°C ambient
  • Adjustable electronic controller with digital temperature display
  • Cool white LED strip lighting with a soft-touch on/off dimmer switch
  • Two adjustable plastic-coated shelves and an anti-corrosive coated evaporator coil
  • Front-breathing, forced-air refrigeration in a removable cassette for easy service access, with auto defrost and a waste heat vaporiser so no drain is needed
  • Heavy-duty swivel castors with brakes, and face-mounted hinges ready for plinth mounting

Good to know before you buy:

  • Access: the self-contained unit is 1017mm wide, 650mm deep and 845mm high on its castors, and weighs 110 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check doorways and the path to the bar.
  • Power: plugs into a standard 10 amp power point. No electrician is needed for the self-contained model.
  • Remote version: the HB1RGB comes without a condensing unit. It is fitted with the evaporator, TX valve, digital controller, three-pin plug and condensate drain, and needs a condensing unit rated for 300 W at -5°C SST on R448A. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies, sizes and installs the condensing unit, pipework and controls (solenoids are not supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
  • Airflow: the self-contained model breathes through its front grille, which suits an under-counter position. Keep the grille clear of boxes and bar mats.
  • Options: legs instead of castors, extra shelves, a stainless steel shelf upgrade, warm LED lighting, heated glass doors and pass-through doors are available on request. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

What is the difference between the HB1UGB and the HB1RGB?
The HB1UGB is self-contained: the refrigeration system is built into the cabinet and it simply plugs in. The HB1RGB is the remote version, supplied without a condensing unit, for venues that run a separate condensing unit in a plant room. It is 800mm wide rather than 1017mm and sits on 150mm legs. The warranty also differs: 24 months parts and labour on the self-contained unit, 12 months parts only on the remote.

Can I build it into a bar counter?
Yes. The self-contained unit breathes through the front grille and the face-mounted hinges are plinth-mount ready. It stands 845mm high on castors; 150mm legs are available as an option if you need a different height.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained HB1UGB plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The remote HB1RGB must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.

Warranty: Williams 24-month parts and labour warranty on the self-contained HB1UGB, from the date of invoice, with repairs by Williams authorised service agents on the Australian mainland. The remote HB1RGB has a 12-month parts only warranty. Warranty repairs must be logged with Williams first.
