The Williams Boronia HB3USBHC puts 560 litres of cold storage behind three solid doors in a 2189mm black Colorbond cabinet, made in Australia for bars and kitchens that need a big under-counter fridge for back-up stock rather than a display. It runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, holds +1°C to +4°C in rooms up to 40°C, and is tested to EN 16825 at 5.8 kWh per day on a 10 amp plug. The HB3UGBHC is the glass door version with LED lighting, the HB3USSHC is the same solid door fridge in stainless steel, and the HB3RSB is the remote cabinet without a condensing unit.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: 2189mm long, 650mm deep, 845mm high on castors and 150 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; check that a 2.2 m cabinet fits through your doors and corners, and have two or three people to move it.
- Power: standard 10 amp power point, 2 m cable.
- Lighting: interior LED lighting is standard on glass door Boronias only. A light for the solid doors is an option.
- Remote version: the HB3RSB has no condensing unit. Your refrigeration mechanic supplies and installs a condensing unit for 690 W at -5°C SST on R448A, plus pipework and controls (solenoids not supplied). Williams can advise on sizing. We supply the equipment only.
- Airflow: front breathing, so it can be built in. Keep the front grille clear.

Can I use it in a kitchen rather than a bar?
Yes. With solid doors, a stainless countertop and a 40°C ambient rating, it works as an under-counter storage fridge in a kitchen or servery as well as behind a bar.
What test standard is the energy figure based on?
Williams tests the HB3USBHC to EN 16825, the standard for professional storage cabinets, at climate class 4 and temperature class M1. Under those conditions it uses 5.8 kWh per 24 hours.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. The self-contained HB3USBHC plugs into a 10 amp outlet. The remote HB3RSB must be connected to a condensing unit by a licensed refrigeration mechanic in your area.
