Yasaki ISB160V - Stick Blender, 225mm Shaft, Variable Speed
The Yasaki ISB160V is a compact commercial stick blender with a 225mm stainless steel shaft, suited to ice cream shops, confectioners, cafes and restaurants blending in smaller pots and containers. Variable speed from 6000 to 20000 rpm and a 270W motor cover everyday blending jobs, and the shaft detaches fully. It is the smallest and lightest model in the Yasaki ISB range at 1.93 kg; the longer ISB350V, ISB450V and ISB550V suit deeper pots.

Common questions:
Can I fit a whisk to the ISB160V?
No. FED lists the whisk attachment for the ISB350V, ISB450V and ISB550V only.
Does the shaft come off?
Yes. The stainless steel shaft is fully detachable, with a bayonet clutch and a double-sealed shaft.
What happens if it overheats?
It has thermal overload protection. Yasaki's manual says to switch off, unplug and let the motor cool for a few minutes before restarting.
