About Flexeserve

Flexeserve makes heated food displays and hot holding cabinets for supermarkets, petrol and convenience stores, cafes and food-to-go venues. Its Zone displays use patented convection air technology instead of contact heat, and zone heating control lets each shelf run at its own temperature. That means baguettes, toasties, chicken, pies, pizza, fried food and more can be held side by side. An air curtain reduces heat loss, and shelves can be switched off when they are not needed. The Flexeserve Hub holds takeaway and delivery orders or batch-cooked food. Meris Food Equipment is the Australian distributor.

Flexeserve FAQs

Why don't Flexeserve products show a price?

Flexeserve models are priced on application. Contact us with the model you're interested in and we'll send you a quote.

Can each shelf be set to a different temperature?

Yes. Zone heating control lets you set different temperatures on different shelves, so you can hold a wider range of foods at the right temperature in one cabinet. Shelves can also be switched off independently to save energy.

What is a Zone Rear Feed display?

It uses the same convection air technology, but staff load it from the back while customers take food from the front, which suits a display built into a counter line-up. The rear door has an alarm.

What power do Flexeserve cabinets need?

It depends on the model. Many run on a 10 or 15 amp power point. Larger 1000mm-wide models can need a 20, 25 or 32 amp single phase supply, and some come in a 415V three phase version. Anything above 10 amp needs a matching outlet, which a licensed electrician can fit. Each product page lists the supply for that model.

What is the Flexeserve Hub for?

The Hub is a heated holding cabinet for front or back of house. Out front, it keeps takeaway and delivery orders hot until pick-up. Out back, it holds batch-cooked food so you can cook ahead of peak times. It has a double glazed, self-closing door with LED lighting, an alert if the door is left open, and adjustable shelving.
