Can I switch off a shelf when it's quiet?
Yes. Each shelf can be switched off on its own, which Flexeserve says helps cut energy use along with the unit's air curtain.
Is there a wider square model?
Yes. The NUE-FXZNA10S3SQ has the same three tiers at 975mm wide, with a choice of single phase (supplied with a 32 amp plug) or 415V three phase.
How can I use three separate zones?
You could, for example, keep pies and sausage rolls on one shelf, chicken on another and toasties on the third, each at its own setting. Flexeserve also lists pizza, fried food, pasta and curry dishes, soups and porridge, and bakery items as suitable.
