About Scraegg
Scraegg is a steam cooker made in Germany that prepares scrambled eggs, porridge, soups and more to order. The maker says food is ready in as little as 15 seconds. It needs no ventilation, extraction or plumbing, runs from a standard 10 amp power point and has a 300 x 300mm footprint, so it suits food-to-go, convenience and other busy sites without a full kitchen. An integrated temperature probe and programmable settings help give consistent results, and staff need minimal training to use it. Meris Food Equipment is the Australian distributor.

What power does the Scraegg need?
A standard 10 amp power point. It comes with a 1 metre cord, measures 300mm wide, 300mm deep and 465mm high, and weighs 17kg.
Is there a difference between the anthracite and yellow models?
No. They are the same machine in a different colour.
