The Atosa BM2 is the compact model in Atosa's bain marie hot food display range. At 740mm wide it takes 4 x 1/2 GN or 2 x 1/1 GN pans and holds hot food anywhere from 30°C to 90°C, which suits a small cafe, takeaway or deli counter. It uses wet heat with a double-skinned body for better insulation, and it runs from a standard 10 A power point. The BM3 to BM6 follow the same design in longer sizes.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it arrives packed at 770 x 780 x 910 mm and 82 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or up stairs, so check your doorways and plan a hand to move it in.
• Power: plugs into a standard 10 A power point.
• Not included: GN food pans are not supplied. You will need 4 x 1/2 GN or 2 x 1/1 GN pans.
• Wet heat: it heats the pans over water, so keep the water level up during service.
