The Atosa BM6 is the biggest bain marie hot food display in the range, with 2060mm of wet heat for 12 x 1/2 GN or 6 x 1/1 GN pans. It holds food from 30°C to 90°C, and its double-skinned body keeps the heat in. That makes it a strong fit for buffets, clubs, canteens and high-volume takeaways that put a full menu on show. It draws 3600W from a 15 A outlet and weighs 115 kg, so plan the space and power before it arrives.

Good to know before you buy:
- Access: the crate is 2090mm long and 166 kg. It arrives by tailgate truck at the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or up stairs. Check doorways, corridors and turns before you order.
- Power: needs a 15 A power point. Have a licensed electrician add one if your counter only has 10 A outlets.
- Not included: GN food pans are not supplied.
- Wet heat: it heats over water, so check the level regularly.
