Atosa BM4 - Bain Marie Hot Food Display 1400mm 8 x 1/2 GN
The Atosa BM4 gives a busy counter 1400mm of hot food display, with room for 8 x 1/2 GN or 4 x 1/1 GN pans. It is a wet bain marie with a double-skinned body, adjustable from 30°C to 90°C, so it works well for takeaways, canteens and buffet lines with a wider menu. With a 3000W rating it is the first model in the BM range that needs a 15 A outlet, while the BM2 and BM3 run on 10 A.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it is rated 15 A, so you need a 15 A power point. Have an electrician fit one first if you only have standard 10 A outlets.
- Access: the packed unit is 1430mm long and 122 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, so check doorways and corners.
- Not included: GN food pans are not supplied.
- Wet heat: keep water in the well while it is running.
