The Atosa MSF8305 is a single-door mega top prep fridge that packs a deep refrigerated ingredient well into a 698mm footprint. It comes with 1/6 size GN pans (100mm deep) but the well also takes full-size 1/1 GN pans, which suits noodle bars, poke and burrito counters that work with bulk ingredients. Below is 200 litres of storage holding -2°C to +8°C, with a 10 inch cutting board up front. It is the same width as the MSF8301 sandwich fridge, but deeper (863mm) and taller (1197mm) to fit the mega top.

Good to know before you buy:

• Access: it is narrow at 698mm, but 863mm deep (931mm packed), so measure doorways in both directions. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Airflow: the compressor is rear-mounted, so leave room behind and around the unit for air to move.
• Power: it comes with a plug fitted and runs on 220–240V power, using 270W.
• Before switching on: if it has been laid on its side, wait two hours before turning it on, as the Atosa manual advises.
