Baron Q70CP/G800 - Queen 7 Gas Pasta Cooker 2 x 26L
For busy pasta and noodle service on gas, the Baron Q70CP/G800 puts two 26 litre AISI 316 stainless steel tanks into one 800mm Queen 7 unit. Each tank has its own burners, thermocouple safety valve and progressive power control, for 100 MJ/h in total, so you can run two different products or keep one tank in reserve. It is twice the single-tank Q70CP/G400, and the Q70CP/E800 is the three-phase electric alternative.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: pick Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option at checkout. The price is the same for both.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. The water and drain must be connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Gas supply: at 100 MJ/h, ask your gas fitter to check your meter and pipework can carry it alongside your other gas equipment.
- Not included: baskets. Scots Ice lists kits 7A (6 x 1/6), 7B (3 x 1/3) and 7C (2 x 1/2), plus a lid (CVCP26) and an 800mm rear splashback (FC8).
- Access: 104 kg packed, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside.

Are the two tanks controlled separately?
Yes. Each tank has its own safety valve and progressive power adjustment.
Does it come with baskets?
No. Baskets are sold in kits (7A, 7B or 7C) to suit 1/6, 1/3 or 1/2 size portions. Ask us for prices.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, with the water and drain done by a licensed plumber.
