Baron Q70CP/G400 - Queen 7 Gas Pasta Cooker 26L
The Baron Q70CP/G400 is a gas pasta cooker for the 700mm-deep Queen 7 line, with a 26 litre AISI 316 stainless steel tank heated by stable-flame burners at 50 MJ/h. A pilot burner with piezo ignition, a thermocouple safety valve and a safety switch against dry running keep it safe in a busy kitchen. It suits pasta, noodles and dumplings in kitchens that cook on gas; the Q70CP/G800 has two tanks, and the Q70CP/E400 is the electric version.
