Baron Q90CP/G400 - Queen 9 Gas Pasta Cooker 40L
The Baron Q90CP/G400 is a heavy-duty gas pasta cooker for the 900mm-deep Queen 9 line, with a 40 litre AISI 316 stainless steel tank and 60 MJ/h of burner power. Stable-flame burners light from a piezo-ignited pilot, a thermocouple safety valve gives progressive power control, and a safety thermostat protects against dry running. It holds far more than the 26 litre Queen 7 Q70CP/G400; the Q90CP/G800 doubles up with two tanks, and the Q90CP/E400 is the electric version.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order. Both are the same price.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. The water supply and drain must be connected by a licensed plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Not included: baskets. Scots Ice lists kits 9A (6 x 1/6), 9B (3 x 1/3) and 9C (2 x 1/2), plus a lid (CVCP40), a bottom grid (GFCP40) and a 400mm rear splashback (FC4).
- Access: 69 kg packed, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside.
