Baron Q90BR/GM80 - Queen 9 Gas Bratt Pan 80L Motorised Tilt
The Baron Q90BR/GM80 pairs an 80 litre gas bratt pan with motorised tilting, so cooks can empty a heavy batch without tilting it by hand. A 73.6 MJ/h stable-flame burner with electric ignition heats the pan anywhere from 100 to 280°C for searing, braising and shallow frying. It fits an 800mm Queen 9 module, the same footprint as the manual-tilt G80.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order. Both are the same price.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. It also needs a 230V single-phase supply (0.2 kW) and a cold water connection, done by a licensed electrician and plumber. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: 160 kg packed and 800mm wide. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.

What does the "M" in GM80 mean?
It marks the motorised tilting version. The G80 has the same pan and burner but tilts by hand.

We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area, with power and water done by a licensed electrician and plumber.
