Baron Q90PC/G8005 - Queen 9 4 Burner Gas Cooktop 800mm
Four high-power cast iron burners, 108 MJ/h of total gas input and a heavy-duty 900mm-deep body make the Baron Q90PC/G8005 a workhorse for restaurant and pub lines. It is an 800mm Queen 9 bench model, so it can sit on a stand, open cabinet or refrigerated chef base and line up with other Queen 9 modules. If you want an oven under the burners, the Q90PCF/G8005 (gas oven) and Q90PCF/GE8005 (electric oven) are the range versions.

Good to know before you buy:
- Gas type: pick Natural Gas or LPG from the Gas Type option when you order. There is no price difference.
- Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter to local regulations, under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
- Mounting: it is a bench model. An 800mm floor stand (90CAV8) or open cabinet (90VA800) is available.
- Electric ignition: available as an option when ordered with the cooktop. It can't be fitted later.

Common questions:
Can I keep the burners clean easily?
Yes. The top is pressed from one sheet of stainless steel with no joins, and Baron rates the knobs IPX5 so they can be washed at the end of the day.
Natural gas or LPG?
Both are available. Choose from the Gas Type option when you order; the price is the same.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter in your area.
