Baron Q90PC/IND801 - Queen 9 4 Zone Induction Cooktop 800mm
The Baron Q90PC/IND801 puts four large 280mm induction zones into an 800mm module for the heavy-duty, 900mm-deep Queen 9 line. Each zone delivers 5 kW, for 20 kW in total, and only heats when it detects a pan, so it suits high-output restaurant and hotel kitchens that want flame-free cooking on a big scale. Compared with the Q90PC/E801 electric plates or the Q90PC/G8005 gas burners, it heats the pan directly through an unbreakable glass-ceramic top.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: 20 kW on a 400V three-phase supply is a big electrical load, so have a licensed electrician confirm your supply and make the connection. We supply the equipment only.
- Cookware: each zone checks for a suitable pan before heating, so use induction-ready pans.
- Base: as a bench-top unit it needs support. Scots Ice lists the 90CAV8 floor stand and the 90VA800 open cabinet for it, sold separately.
- Access: packed at 1020 x 850 x 570 mm and 54 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.
