Benchstar EHW-180 - Hot Food Display Warmer, 2 Angled Shelves, 1800mm
The biggest of Benchstar's EHW hot food merchandisers, the EHW-180 runs 1816mm along the counter with two long angled shelves of 1680 x 550mm. It suits convenience stores, service stations and quick service restaurants that display a wide range of pies, pastries, sausage rolls and wrapped burgers, and it holds food above 60°C with thermostat control from +30°C to +110°C. LED lighting, divider rods and separate heat and light switches come standard. It needs a 15 A outlet.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: it needs a 240V 15 A outlet, not a standard power point. If you don't have one, it must be installed by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Access: the packed unit is 1860mm long and the warmer weighs 107 kg. It is delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or lifting it onto the counter, so check doorways and corners and arrange enough people or lifting equipment.
- Counter: make sure your counter is at least 1816mm long and 626mm deep, and strong enough for 107 kg plus food.
- Holding only: FED states that its heated units are for hot food holding only and are not designed to heat food.
