For a cafe, bakery or deli that sells pies all day, the Benchstar PW-RT/900/1E gives you a 900mm wide display with three adjustable shelves for about 90 pies. Toughened glass sliding doors front and rear let staff load from behind while customers see the full range, and a humidity reservoir keeps pastry moist. It holds more than the 660mm model on the same 10 A plug, while the 1200mm model steps up to about 100 pies.
