Bizerba GSP H - 330mm Manual Gravity Feed Slicer
The Bizerba GSP H is Bizerba's premium manual gravity feed slicer, built in Germany for delis, butchers, supermarket counters and commercial kitchens that slice meat and cheese all day. A 330mm blade, an inclined carriage and an anodised aluminium body focus on ergonomics, hygiene and operator safety, with slices from 0 to 24mm plus fine adjustment. Compared with the entry-level GSE it has a larger blade and more product room; the GSP HD adds an automatic carriage.

Good to know before you buy:
- Carriage version: Bizerba makes the GSP H with different carriage angles, which change the maximum product height. Tell us what you mostly slice and ask us to confirm the version supplied.
- Power: single-phase 230 V, drawing about 1.79 A according to Bizerba.
- Access: it ships packed at about 820 x 700 x 823mm and 50 kg, by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking.

Common questions:
Is this an automatic slicer?
No. The GSP H is a manual gravity slicer: the operator moves the carriage while the inclined design does much of the work. For an automatic carriage, see the GSP HD.
Can it weigh portions as it slices?
Bizerba offers an integrated portion scale (0–3000 g, 2 g steps) as an option. Ask us about availability.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is a benchtop slicer that runs on single-phase power.
