Bizerba GSP HD - 330mm Automatic Gravity Feed Slicer
The Bizerba GSP HD is an automatic gravity slicer for high-volume delis, butcher shops, supermarket counters and canteens. Its automatic carriage drive, with servo support for manual use, slices at up to 90 slices a minute, so staff can serve customers or prep other jobs while it works. It uses the same 330mm blade as the manual GSP H but adds the powered carriage and Bizerba's quiet Emotion blade drive.

Bizerba's optional energy and safety package lets the blade start and stop through the slice thickness adjustment and shows the operating state. Ask us about options.

We supply the equipment only. It is a benchtop slicer that runs on single-phase power.
