The Bizerba VS 12 D is a fully automatic vertical slicer for cold cuts, sausage and cheese, built for delis, supermarket counters and food service operations that pre-slice in volume. Its upright carriage gives a clear view of every slice, and an automatic depositing arm lays slices out in stacks or overlapping portions, even straight onto paper or foil, without hand contact. Unlike Bizerba's gravity slicers, it can run manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic, at 30 to 75 strokes a minute.

• Power: runs on single-phase 230 V power.
• Access: it weighs 75 kg and is 878mm tall, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside or unpacking, so plan for two people to lift it onto the bench.

Common questions:

Can it lay slices straight onto paper for the counter?
Yes. The automatic depositing arm can place portions and stacks directly onto paper or foil, so staff don't need to handle the slices.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It is a benchtop slicer that runs on single-phase power.
