Grote 613 - Multi-Slicer for Bulk, Stacked and Shingled Slicing

The Grote 613 VS2 Multi-Slicer helps food processors, central kitchens and large foodservice operations automate slicing. It bulk slices, stacks or shingles portions of meat, cheese, produce and bread at up to 90 strokes a minute per lane, using disposable AccuBand band blades that never need resharpening. Key features:

  • Bulk slicing, stacking and shingling in one machine
  • Up to 90 strokes per minute per lane, with multiple lanes for slicing several products
  • Disposable AccuBand band blades: no resharpening, simpler clean-up and consistent slice quality and yield

  • Custom 660mm-tall product holders
  • Safety features including interlocking latches, variable frequency drives and a zero-speed switch
