The Brenner Volt 800 Series BREE8-400IFS is a 25 litre single tank induction fryer for restaurants, cafés and takeaways. Induction heating gives fast recovery and precise temperature control, while even heat and a cool zone help the oil last longer. It lines up with the rest of the Brenner 800 Series and runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
