The Brenner Volt 800 Series BREE8-600IFD is a twin tank induction fryer with two 25 litre tanks, each with its own control, so you can run two products or temperatures at once. Induction heating gives fast recovery and precise control, and the cool zone design helps the oil last longer. It runs on a 415V three-phase supply.
