The BT-SB2BM is the two burner B+S Black boiling top built to sit on your own bench rather than on a stand. At 300mm wide and 425 mm high it suits a cafe or takeaway with an existing bench and room for only a small pot station. It has the same burners and gas rating as the BT-SB2 on stand, without the undershelf, and the BT-SB4BM and larger models add burners in 300mm steps.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order, to match your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under a suitable exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check doorways for a 300 x 840 x 425 mm unit.
• Options: B+S also offers a pilot light per burner. Ask us for a price.

Common questions:

What does bench mounted mean here?
The top has its own stainless steel frame but no stand. It is 425 mm high, so add your bench height to work out the final height, and check the bench can take an 840 mm deep unit.

Will it line up with other bench mounted units?
B+S Black bench mounted boiling tops and grill plates are 840 mm deep and 425 mm high, the same as this unit, so they sit level on one bench. The bench mounted char broilers are taller, at 525 mm, so their tops will not sit level with this one.

Bench mounted or on a stand?
Choose this one if you already have a bench for it. The BT-SB2 has the same two burners on its own stand, with an undershelf and the option of rear castors.
