The P4U-PS2S is a single-speed PREP4YOU cutter mixer with a 2.6 litre AISI 304 stainless steel bowl, built for kitchens where a bowl gets knocked around. It chops, minces, grinds, emulsifies and kneads at a steady 1500 rpm from a 500 W motor, and the bowl scraper keeps everything moving for smooth pastes and sauces. Choose it over the PS2 if you prefer stainless to clear copolyester, or step up to the PV2S for variable speed.

Common questions:
Stainless or copolyester bowl?
Stainless is the tougher choice for busy kitchens. Copolyester (PS2) lets you see inside the bowl. Both are 2.6 litres.
Can I add ingredients while it runs?
Yes. The 2.6 litre transparent lid has a funnel-shaped opening, so you can pour in oil or liquids while it mixes and check consistency without lifting the lid.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. The bowl, lid, blade rotor and scraper all come off without tools and go in the dishwasher.
