Electmax EIC9-1200P - 900 Series 6 Burner Induction Cooktop with Splashback on Stand
The Electmax EIC9-1200P is a 1200mm induction cooktop with six 5 kW burners, on a stand made for a 900mm deep cooking line. It gives busy restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens a full bank of burners with no flame and less heat in the room. It is the biggest Electmax 900 Series cooktop, and the deeper alternative to the 700 Series EIC7-1200P.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: at 30 kW it needs a substantial 415V three-phase supply. It has no plug and must be hard-wired by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
- Cookware: use magnetic, induction-compatible pots and pans.
- Access: it weighs 100 kg and the carton measures about 1000 x 1300 x 1000 mm. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises; standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking, so check doorways.
