The Fagor C-E741 is a complete 800mm electric cooking station: four round cast iron hot plates on top and a GN 2/1 static oven below. Each 223mm plate is rated at 2.6 kW with its own 7-position control, and the 6 kW oven runs from 125°C to 310°C, which suits cafes, restaurants and aged care kitchens on three-phase power. It is the oven version of the C-E740 cooktop; the C-E761 adds two more plates.
