Fagor C-I945 - Kore 900 Series 800mm 4 Zone Induction Cooktop
The Fagor C-I945 is the full 800mm induction module in the heavy-duty Kore 900 range, with four 5 kW zones on a 930mm deep chassis. It gives large restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens four-burner capacity with no open flame, faster heat-up and a cooler working area. It is twice the size of the C-I925, and the deeper, heavier-gauge partner to the Kore 700 C-I745.

- Four 5 kW induction zones (20 kW total), each marked by a 280mm diameter screen print
- 10-level energy regulator on every zone for precise control
- Pan detection: each zone heats only while cookware is on it and stops when it is lifted
- Concentrated heat at the pan base means less radiated heat and a more comfortable kitchen
- Around 50% lower energy use than gas burners, according to Fagor
- 6mm glass ceramic sealed into a 2mm AISI-304 stainless steel top; laser-cut, welded and polished joints with hidden screws
- Overheating protection, with fault diagnosis shown by flashing lights

Good to know before you buy:

- Cookware: zones only heat when they detect a suitable pan, so your pans need to be induction-compatible.
- Bench or stand: this is a bench-top module. The Fagor MB-910 open stand suits 800mm Kore 900 units.

Common questions:
Will it fit with my other Kore 900 equipment?
Yes. It is 930mm deep and 290mm high, the same as the other Kore 900 bench-top modules, so the line runs flush.
What happens if it overheats?
Each unit has overheating protection. If there is a fault, it shows an error code through flashing lights so you can tell what's wrong.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician in your area.
