Fagor SEQ-60-4 - 600mm Ultra-Fast Electric Salamander
The Fagor SEQ-60-4 is a 600mm ultra-fast electric salamander for gratinating, glazing and melting during service. It reaches maximum temperature in 20 seconds from start and 5 seconds during operation, so it doesn't need to sit on full heat between orders, and has a 600 x 350mm cooking area.
