The FED-X XCB-60 is a 1524mm wide, 658mm high refrigerated chef base with 2 drawers and 360 litres gross capacity. It is built to sit under griddles, char grills and other countertop cooking equipment (it is designed to match Gasmax), so chilled ingredients are right at the cook line. The drawers take GN pans up to 100mm deep (sold separately) on Austrian Fulterer runners, the top has a raised edge, and fan-forced cooling holds -1°C to +5°C in kitchens up to 32°C.
