FED-X XGNS900E - Two Door Salad Prep Fridge with Marble Top 900mm
The FED-X XGNS900E brings a marble serving area to a compact two-door saladette. A stainless steel shelf sits over the refrigerated well for 5 x GN 1/6 pans, so you can prep, plate and serve from one 903mm-wide unit. Below are 240 litres gross (180 litres net) behind two solid doors, each with a GN 1/1 shelf. Fan-assisted cooling holds +2°C to +8°C in rooms up to 38°C.

Good to know before you buy:
- Weight: it weighs 106 kg, about 25 kg more than the XGNS900D, so plan for extra hands when moving it in. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, and standard delivery doesn't include bringing it inside, up stairs or unpacking.
- Pans and covers: not included. FED says pans and pan covers must be used for the correct operating temperature.
